My Specialties

 I enjoy helping people find healing from their trauma, meaning in their relationships, and freedom in their lives. With a background in International Disaster Psychology, I am trained to work with trauma of all kinds, from family abandonment or sexual assault to bombings and earthquakes. I enjoy helping clients from all cultural backgrounds.
​I am affirming of LGBTQ+ and all cultural identities.

How do I do this?
I am known for using a holistic, relational approach. This means that I view you as a whole person, and I address you as someone with complex desires and needs. I care about all the parts of your life that make you who you are. I give you open and honest feedback always with the intention of helping you grow.

I often incorporate somatic or mindfulness-based techniques to help trauma that is held in your body. I am even trained in Yoga Therapy. I am always focused on your comfort and needs above all. Want to know more about yoga as a form of therapy and how it can help you? Click here. 

Fees

I offer free consultations. My fees are $130 per individual session, $130 per relationship session, and $130 per yoga therapy session (extended to 1 hour and 15 minutes). I have a sliding scale available on a limited basis for those who qualify.

I do not accept health insurance, but I can accept payment through your HSA or FSA. I am happy to provide invoices which you can turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
