am i in person or telehealth?

I have an in-person office located in SW Portland at 8414 SW Barbur Blvd., Suite 202 (in The Ginkgo Building). Free parking available in the lot outside.

I also provide telehealth services for anyone across the states of Colorado and Oregon.

What are my fees?

I offer free consultations. ​My fees are $150 for a 50-60 min. session (individual & relationship).

​*​I provide pro-bono services for letters for gender affirming surgeries.

do i accept a sliding scale?

Yes! I have a sliding scale available on a limited basis for those who qualify. My sliding scale starts at $80. Let me know when you reach out for a consultation if you are interested in learning more, and I will be sure to cover this when we talk.

do i take insurance?

For Oregon residents I accept: Aetna, Blomquist Hale EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Quest. Regence and Oregon Health Plan coming in February 2025.

For Colorado residents I accept: Aetna and Quest.

For all other out of network clients, I can accept payment through your HSA or FSA. I am happy to provide invoices (called superbills) which you can turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. ​

is my office accessible?

My office is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. The building does not have an elevator. If you have questions or concerns about whether the stairs can be usable to you, please let me know and I can provide photos, measurements, and/or an assist when you arrive.

My hours are Sunday-Wednesday; 9:30am- 7:00pm MST/8:30am-6:00pm PST
